Welcome to Cattery SavVal
Cattery SavVal is a Savannah cattery in the cozy village of Meijel, North Limburg (NL).
We first came into contact with this cat breed when we took in a Savannah who was urgently looking for a new home. It was love at first sight - with the cat in question, and the breed. Since then, we have delved into this then relatively unknown cat breed and in 2023 we started cattery SavVal.

message, photo or video of our cats once or twice a week.

Cat shows
Cattery SavVal is at a cat show several times a year with her Savannah(s). We do this to promote the cat breed and to bring people into contact with this breed to show that misconceptions that are spread about the Savannah are often incorrect and relate more to individual cats than the entire breed.
At cat shows we answer questions from fellow breeders of other cat breeds, visitors and our Savannah(s) act as ambassadors for the cat breed: the Savannah. After a cat show we always write a short report in our blog about the show in question with photos of that day.
